Xcalibur aluminium cookware carries a 1 year replacement guarantee. This guarantee does not cover goods that have rusted or been burnt, or damaged by wear and tear, abuse, or misuse.

Knobs and handles are covered by a 1 year replacement guarantee. If, during the guarantee period, a product line is no longer available or a repair is no longer possible, a suitable replacement product can be purchased at 50% of the current selling price. Any collection or delivery fees are at the customer’s own expense.

We do not offer a guarantee on our non-stick cookware unless damaged due to a manufacturing defect. The non-stick coating of our non-stick cookware is not covered under guarantee against scouring, wear and abuse.
