We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all our cookware. However:

· Product colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings.

· All sizes and dimensions are approximate.

· We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without notice.

 

3. Orders & Payments

· All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

· Prices are in South African Rands (R) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

· We accept secure payments via [list payment methods: e.g., Visa, MasterCard, EFT, Cash, Debit Order (Monthly).

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

· We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

· Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

· Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, even if someone else accepts the parcel.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

· We offer a 7-day return policy for unused cookware in original packaging. · To request a return, please contact customercare@xcaliburcookware.com with your order number.

· Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

· Custom or final sale items are non-refundable.

 

6. Warranty

· All Xcalibur cookware products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

· Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

· To file a warranty claim, email us with clear photos and your original receipt.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Xcalibur will not be liable for:

· Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

· Damages arising from misuse of our products.

· Allergic reactions or injuries caused by improper cooking or care.

Use cookware responsibly and follow care instructions provided with your product.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, text, images, and designs—is the property of Xcalibur and protected by intellectual property laws. No part of this site may be copied or reused without written consent.
